I've been a huge fan for most of my life since the tainted love days and have been to many live shows sadly not recently as I have been in hospital since 2017! So it's fantastic to see it on here 🖤

First time I heard this song, although I have been listening to Marc Almond for years. So moving, he is one of my favorite singers of my life. He makes me feel an insight into another person, of other ppl different from me.

As gay as a maypole but have always enjoyed the enthusiasm of Marc… only wish I could have listened some of his classics with this orchestra and backing vocals. Is there a part two that I may have missed.?

Always one of my favourites in the earliest days. Fantastic that they have revisited it. It would be good for it to get a vinyl/cd release, even if only a b-side.

Like a chameleon that has lived life through many centuries...his gifts change with his fancies and desires...his loves...and his losses...what a brilliant artist; still able to capture an audience...any audience, really...and keep them in the palm of his hand from beginning to end... What a blessing to those that have known his work throughout their own lives...(myself, included...) I will never meet him in person but...oh, what a day that would be if I did...such boundless thanks I would offer him...(and, even if he did not accept, just as he sings in "For Only You" : "...at least I had a love, although that love was small, I'm glad I had so small a love than to have had no love at all..." Such talent...just brilliant...

Does anyone know how to get hold of the "Raoul and the ruined" live album, which was a Gutterhearts fan club release only? I can't find my copy & it's driving me crazy. A "friend" stole my Soft Cell "Mutant moments" EP back in the early 80s. I believe there was only 1000 copies released! I have seen pirate copies at record fairs, but... Not the same! Don't forget little snakes, if you're going to wallow - wallow deep! Steve-O 1983😂❤
